Li Wenjun is the owner of Wenjun & Associates Legal. He established the firm to give Chinese businesses, foreign-invested companies and international investors direct access to senior PRC counsel — lawyers who stay on the file, explain options plainly and report progress without being asked twice.
His work sits at the intersection of corporate, disputes and regulatory advice. Clients instruct him on PRC market entry, shareholder conflicts, financing, employment structures and sensitive investigations. He remains the relationship partner on significant mandates and allocates work according to the matter’s legal and industry requirements.
